Mission
Our mission is to be a reliable support for people and communities in the most difficult times, creating conditions for a decent life and development. We provide humanitarian aid, provide training, advise and provide comprehensive support to those in need, especially in the field of agriculture.
Goal
Promotion of charitable activities in the interests of society to ensure comprehensive sustainable development of territorial communities at all levels, development of civil society, protection of human rights and observance of the principles of social justice.
History
The idea of creating the LASKA FOUNDATION was born back in 1993, when one of its founders — Lyudmila Rudenko-Kardash — developed the concept of the long-term LASKA Project aimed at the sustainable development of Mykolaiv Oblast.

Humanity
Human suffering must be overcome wherever it occurs, with special attention to the most vulnerable sections of the population

Neutrality
Humanitarian aid should not favor any side in an armed conflict or other controversial issue

Impartiality
Humanitarian aid should be provided solely on the basis of need, without discrimination (regardless of race, politics, religion, gender or ethnicity)

Independence
Activities regardless of the source of financial support, which cannot be subject to political, economic, military or any other influence during the provision of assistance.
Main types of activities
Charitable activity in the interests of society to ensure comprehensive sustainable development of territorial communities of all levels
Providing charitable assistance to those who work in the rural areas of Mykolaiv and other regions of Southern Ukraine;
Informational and advisory and educational and training activities on various issues of the development of territories and organizations;
Facilitating the creation of partnerships, coalitions and strategic alliances to solve local and regional problems;
Monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects, analytical activities;
Promotion of personal and professional development of members of territorial communities and partner organizations.
