Представники Фонду «Ласка» долучилися до зустрічі, організованої чеською гуманітарною організацією People in Need UkraineRepresentatives of LASKA FUND took part in a meeting organized by the Czech humanitarian organization People in Need Ukraine, which brought together representatives of civil society and charitable organizations, experts, and veteran-owned businesses on one platform.
For LASKA FUND, such meetings are an important opportunity to bring together expertise, develop joint approaches, and strengthen partnerships to enhance the capacity of communities and support the people who need it most.
Representatives of Mission East Ukraine, the Legal Development Network, Right to Protection, Shchedryk Info, Mykolaiv Business Hub, and other partner organizations also took part in the discussion. During the discussion, participants jointly analyzed the key challenges affecting the economic recovery of communities and the development of local potential today. The main topics included:
a shortage of qualified professionals and human resources;
support for veteran entrepreneurship and employment;
cooperation between businesses, civil society, and government authorities;
development of the local economy and creation of new opportunities for communities;
identifying effective mechanisms for mobilizing resources and supporting local initiatives.
Particular attention was paid to identifying practical solutions that will help communities not only overcome current challenges but also create sustainable conditions for further development.
