At the end of June 2026, FUND LASKA reached an important milestone that marked the beginning of a new stage in the organization’s development. Thanks to the support and care of our partners at Mercy Corps Ukraine, we held an in-person strategic session and laid the foundation for FUND LASKA’s strategy for the next three years.
The meeting brought together members of the organization from Mykolaiv region, Kyiv, and even Israel. Over three intensive days, we analyzed our strengths, identified challenges, explored opportunities for growth, and shaped a shared vision for the future of FUND LASKA.
Facilitator Tanya Danyliv helped us navigate this process professionally and effectively. Thanks to her expertise, our strategic work was thoughtful, well-structured, and results-oriented.
Цінним джерелом натхнення та нових ідей стали також онлайн- та офлайн-інтерв’ю з представниками провідних українських організацій — Благодійний фонд “Рокада”, “Сміливі відновлювати”, Агенція регіонального розвитку Одеської області. Їхній досвід допоміг нам ще чіткіше зрозуміти, якою ми хочемо бачити ЛАСКу в найближчі роки.
The strategic planning process resulted in the identification of three key areas of focus for FUND LASKA:
– agricultural recovery and sustainable development;
– supporting the development of local communities in southern Ukraine;
– support for veterans.
There is still a lot of work ahead: formalizing the Strategy as an official document, developing fundraising and communications strategies, detailing annual plans, and bringing the efforts of the entire team together. But the most important step has already been taken — we have defined our direction and laid a strong foundation for a new three-year stage in the development of FUND LASKA.
